EnquiryWell is a UK-based provider of enquiry, qualification, appointment-booking and follow-up system services for businesses. EnquiryWell is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at hello.enquirywell@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When you apply for a pilot, contact us, approve a scope or make a payment, we may collect:
- your name, work email address and business name;
- information about your business, enquiry process and service requirements;
- messages, scope approvals and support correspondence;
- payment status, transaction references and billing information provided through Stripe; and
- technical information needed for security and reliable website operation.
We do not receive or store your complete card details. Stripe processes those details directly.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to assess applications, respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver agreed services, administer payments, provide support, keep business and tax records, protect our systems and establish or defend legal claims.
4. Our lawful bases
Depending on the situation, we process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, or for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving EnquiryWell. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We use trusted providers to operate the service. These currently include Formspree for website-form delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and our website and infrastructure providers for hosting and security. They process information under their own terms and data-protection commitments. We may also disclose information where required by law, to professional advisers, or to protect legal rights.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism required by UK data-protection law.
7. Retention
Unsuccessful pilot applications and ordinary pre-contract enquiries are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is reasonably needed. Contract, invoice and payment records may be retained for up to seven years to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. To make a request, email hello.enquirywell@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the application form.
10. Cookies and analytics
The current EnquiryWell website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Third-party payment pages and services you choose to open may use their own necessary technologies under their own policies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or our legal obligations change. The latest version and its revision date will remain available on this page.
